2022 EMS Leader of the Year
Jeremy Hyde is an EMS leader who ensures that his agency is providing outstanding service to the community and goes the extra mile to enhance the nation’s EMS system for future generations.
Under Jeremy’s leadership, Harris County Emergency Corps has achieved and maintained CAAS Accreditation since 2014, EMD ACE Accreditation and received the AHA Mission Lifeline EMS GOLD PLUS designation in cardiac care every year since 2018. In addition, Harris County Emergency Corps has served as a leader in community health paramedicine, expertise in large events and other EMS initiatives during his tenure.
Jeremy’s work as innovator goes far beyond his EMS agency. He recognizes the critical importance of working with peers through state and federal EMS organizations and governmental bodies. As a result, he encourages Harris County Emergency Corps’ team to volunteer countless hours with these organizations to further the evolution of EMS in America.
Jeremy is a Texas A&M University graduate.
