Finding Your Name Badge | Monday Morning

A light breakfast will be available (breakfast tacos) from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. before the program begins at 8:15 a.m. on Monday.

TEMSA’s registration table will be ready at 7:15 a.m. You’ll find:

  • Your name badge.
  • A copy of the program syllabus for you.

Once you enter the hotel’s conference space, wind all the way around the exhibits, and you’ll find TEMSA’s registration desk at the very end.

Please note

We will not be ready for you before 7:15 a.m. on Monday.

How Do I Find the Agenda?

The agenda can be found in two places on our website:

  • The web version. If there are any last-minute changes to the schedule, they will be posted here. The three sessions — Leadership, Billing/Coding and Emerging Leaders — each appear in a different place on this page.
  • The program syllabus. You will be provided a copy of the program syllabus at the conference.

Meals and Networking Events

Breakfast

  • A light breakfast on Monday.
  • Breakfasts on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Lunch

  • Lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

Receptions

  • Monday and Tuesday, to close out each day.

All meals will be served in the exhibit foyer, and you are welcome to take your breakfasts and lunches into the general session room.

Claiming Continuing Education

As always, we will offer two forms of CE:

  • NAAC billing/coding CEUs.
  • DSHS + AOR CE.

Start here

One page houses everything you need to know about CE and how to claim it. Please visit it for complete details.

Visit the 2026 Continuing Education page

Claiming NAAC Certificates

  • Once the conference ends, you can download the certificates.
  • The number of hours and sessions eligible for NAAC CEUs can be found on the continuing education page.

Claiming DSHS and AOR CE

TEMSA is now a DSHS accredited provider — thanks to Eric Maloney of Kerrville Fire for serving as TEMSA’s lead on CE.

Once the conference wraps up on Wednesday morning, you’ll be able to access one single form to claim all of your DSHS and AOR CEs. You must:

  • Click on each eligible session for which you are claiming DSHS and/or AOR.
  • The evaluation form is your “sign in” sheet to claim your DSHS and/or AOR; we must receive your electronic submission.
  • DSHS and AOR will be available for both the Leadership Track and the Emerging Leaders Session.
  • Check off each session for which you are receiving credit, and complete the evaluation questions and true/false questions that accompany each session for which you are claiming credit.
  • It will take TEMSA a couple weeks to generate your CE certificates and email them to you.

Wifi | Electrical

The conference wifi code can be found in the program syllabus.

A few of the tables toward the front of the general session room will feature an electrical outlet.
