Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced today that the staffing waiver – TAC 157.11 (h) (1 through 6) – will not be lifted on September 1. Instead, it has been extended until February 27, 2022.

The remaining waivers will be lifted on September 1, 2021 as announced.
