Governor Greg Abbott announced the appointment of seven individuals to GETAC, including Ryan Matthews, who serves as a board member of the Texas EMS Alliance.

Statute directs the governor to seek feedback from trade associations that represent Texas EMS agencies. TEMSA submitted nominations to the governor.
