With the passing of the “Protecting Patient Access to Emergency Medications Act of 2017,” the DEA has published proposed rules to implement the law. They are accepting comments on the proposed rules until December 4. Electronic comments may be submitted or written comments must be postmarked on or before December 4, 2020.
