The Texas Senate Committee on Finance’s committee substitute for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) included a funding pool of $400 million for home health, nursing homes, home care attendants and EMS.
The committee approved Committee Substitute Senate Bill (CSSB) 8, which will go to the full Senate for a vote.
