The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) will hold a public hearing on the proposed rule for EMS on September 9, 2016 in Austin.

The re-write of the state’s EMS rule has been a multi-year process.  DSHS leadership and EMS leaders have traveled around the state to discuss the re-write over the past few years.
