What are the setup and take down times?

TEMSA is waiting for final word from the hotel. However, TEMSA exhibitors should have the ability to set up beginning in the late afternoon of Sunday, August 6 (approximately 4 p.m.).

You are welcome to take down at any time that you wish. However, many attendees will remain for the talks on Wednesday morning, and many exhibitors will choose to break down on Wednesday morning (August 9).

What are the exhibitor hall hours?

The exhibit hall will always be open. Coffee and all meals – lunches and breakfasts – are held in the exhibit hall. As a result, attendees will always be flowing the through the exhibit hall.

The schedule features dedicated exhibit breaks, a welcome reception in the exhibit hall and no choice for the attendees but to visit the exhibit hall. Click here to view the conference agenda.

Exhibitors are invited to attend the speaker presentations and participate in the networking activities, such as Tuesday night’s dinner.

What else do gold sponsors receive?

Gold sponsors are also invited to TEMSA’s board reception on Sunday evening (5 p.m.). In addition, they receive logo recognition in TEMSA’s newsletters throughout 2023.

What about wifi?

Wifi is free.

What about electrical orders?

Your exhibit will come with two chairs and a table (6′ x 30″).

What about shipping information?

The hotel is responsible for all shipping details; TEMSA does not play a role with shipping.

Without fail, every conference seems to have one shipment that is either lost in the hotel or does not show up at all. If you absolutely do not need to ship your exhibit, then you may want to consider bringing it with you.

The Horseshoe Bay Resort receives/sends shipments from all major vendors, FedEx, UPS, etc. Please note all OUT shipments need to be properly taped and with OUT labels on them.

What do I receive with my sponsorship?

Every sponsor receives a standard table – 6′ x 30″ and two chairs. Please ensure that your backdrop fits behind your exhibit and does not exceed the six-foot table.

Where is my exhibit located?

See the diagrams below for the diagram and your exhibit number. (There is no need to tell attendees your exhibit number; the numbers are simply used to help you locate your exhibit on the first day and to help the hotel place electrical orders and packages.)

To ensure that attendees work their way around the room, beverages will be strategically place in all parts of the room. Also, the tables for attendees to eat will be held in the middle of the exhibit hall.

Will the exhibit hall be locked at night?

The hotel is in charge of security. TEMSA does not have control over the exhibit hall after hours. The room will likely be unlocked due to hotel staff working in the room throughout the evening.

If you have valuable items, you are strongly encouraged to take them with you when you are not in the room.

Where is the exhibit hall?

Once again, the exhibit hall will be held in A-B-C-D.
