Governor Abbott Extends EMS Staffing Waivers Until February 27, 2022

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced today that the staffing waiver – TAC 157.11 (h) (1 through 6) – will not be lifted on September 1. Instead, it has been extended until February 27, 2022. TEMSA Asks for Covid-19 EMS Waiver Extension

Governor Announces End of Covid-19 Waivers for EMS

Governor Greg Abbott announced that the April 20, 2020, Covid-19 waiver for Texas EMS agencies will be lifted on September 1, 2021. Click here at the bottom to view the announcement. TEMSA Supports SB 22 to Support EMS Professionals
