TDI creates data portal for political subdivisions to report EMS rates

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has created a data portal for political subdivisions to voluntarily report EMS rate data under Senate Bill 2476 (88R, 2023), concerning rate submission and payment requirements for EMS providers.

  • The data portal where political subdivisions may submit EMS rate data;
  • A resource page with links to the draft datasets that will be published by TDI; and
  • The proposal (PDF) of the rule implementing Senate Bill 2476.
