Saline Shortage

Several members of the Texas Congressional Delegation and other policymakers have contacted TEMSA about how Texas EMS agencies are responding to the saline shortage.

Proposed Medicaid Cuts

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) proposed Medicaid cuts for ground ambulance in the summer of 2017. After stakeholder feedback, HHSC suspended the proposal.
